This one is more gamer specific strip. For awhile when playing Street Fighter 4 online people would drop of the game when they are about to lose. Recently Capcom released an update to handle such punk ass tactics. See that didn’t happen back when there were arcades, you had to take your loss. This strip takes place before the update. If you don’t get the slang just wait for a there are strips planned to explain such things.
